Michelle Goodkey is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in sustainability, Indigenous economic reconciliation, and stakeholder relations within the forestry, mining, and energy sectors in Western Canada. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Management (Forestry) from the University of Northern British Columbia.


Michelle specializes in bridging cultural differences between communities and organizations to facilitate the successful development of projects ranging from moderate scale to billion-dollar ventures. Her expertise spans ESG target setting, regulatory compliance, community engagement, benefit agreement negotiations, and equity sharing in both public and private sectors.


Recognized for integrating Indigenous knowledge into corporate practices, Michelle’s innovative approach has earned the trust of community leaders, organizations, and government bodies, driving efficiencies and delivering impactful results.
